1. Agreement and Eligibility
By purchasing or accessing any course offered by UNSTYLERS HUB LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("you" or "student") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the course.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or access the course. The course covers tattooing — an activity that requires legal adult status in every jurisdiction where it is regulated. By purchasing, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
2. Course Access License
Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access and view the course content for your own educational purposes.
Your access:
- Is for a single user only. Sharing login credentials is prohibited.
- Does not expire as long as the course remains available on our platform.
- Does not include the right to download, copy, redistribute, or resell any course materials.
Assignment review window. Instructor review of submitted assignments and written feedback are included for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this 12-month period, course materials and workshops remain accessible to you under this license, but submitted assignments will no longer be reviewed and no further written feedback will be provided. An extension of the review window, if offered, will be made available as a separate paid option at our discretion; we are not obligated to offer one.
3. Payment
Course prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your chosen payment method. Payments are final subject to our Refund Policy.
4. Intellectual Property
All course content — including videos, written materials, images, and assignments — is owned by UNSTYLERS HUB LLC and protected by copyright law. You may not:
- Record, screenshot, screen-capture, or otherwise reproduce course videos or materials.
- Post, upload, stream, mirror, or share any course videos or materials on any public or private platform, including but not limited to social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube, Reddit), messaging apps (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord), cloud storage or file-sharing services (Google Drive, Dropbox, torrent networks), and any other third-party channel.
- Distribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly display any course materials.
- Use course content to create competing products, courses, or services.
- Remove any copyright notices, watermarks, or attributions.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Share your account or course access with others.
- Circumvent any technical protection measures.
- Use the course content in any unlawful manner.
- Impersonate UNSTYLERS HUB LLC or its instructors.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.
6. Student Work and Marketing
You retain full ownership of any tattoos, drawings, assignments, or other creative content you produce and submit during the course ("Student Work").
By purchasing the course and accepting these Terms, you grant UNSTYLERS HUB LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use photographs and videos of your Student Work — in anonymized form only, meaning without your name, face, voice, contact details, social media handles, links to your profiles, or any other information that could identify you personally — in our marketing materials, including our website, social media, advertising, case studies, and educational examples. If you do not agree to this license, do not purchase the course.
This license covers only the creative work itself (the visual result of the tattoo, drawing, or assignment). We will never use your name, likeness, photograph of you, voice, social media handles, links to your accounts, or any other personally identifying details for marketing without your separate, prior, written consent — requested by email on a case-by-case basis. You are free to decline any such request, and declining does not affect your access to the course or any of its features.
You may opt out of this license at any time by emailing unstylers.support@gmail.com. Opt-out applies going forward and does not require us to recall materials already printed, scheduled, or distributed before the opt-out request. Opting out does not affect your access to the course or any of its features.
7. No Guarantee of Results
The course provides education and training, but results depend entirely on your effort, dedication, and practice. We make no guarantee that you will achieve any specific outcome, skill level, or career result. Individual results may vary.
8. Tattoo-Specific Disclaimers
Not a substitute for in-person apprenticeship. Tattooing is a craft traditionally learned through hands-on apprenticeship under a working professional. This course is structured education and feedback on a digital platform — it complements but does not replace in-person mentorship, supervised practice on real clients, or the experience of working in a licensed tattoo studio.
Licensing is your responsibility. Tattooing on human skin is regulated in most U.S. states and many other countries. In the United States, this typically includes a Bloodborne Pathogens (BBP) certification and a state- or county-issued tattoo artist license; exact requirements vary by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for understanding, obtaining, and maintaining every license, certification, and authorization required to tattoo legally where you live and work. Completing this course does not authorize you to tattoo in any jurisdiction.
Health, safety, and sterility are your responsibility. You are solely responsible for sterility, cross-contamination prevention, infection control, equipment handling, skin assessment, allergic reaction screening, and all aspects of safe tattoo practice. UNSTYLERS HUB LLC is not responsible for any injury, infection, allergic reaction, scarring, transmission of disease, or other harm to you, your clients, or any third party arising from your application of techniques shown in the course.
No medical advice. Nothing in the course constitutes medical, dermatological, or healthcare advice. Any references to skin, healing, aftercare, or related topics are general educational information only. Consult a licensed medical professional for medical questions.
Certificate of completion is not a certification of mastery. Upon finishing all course blocks and approved assignments, you receive a certificate of course completion. This certificate confirms that you completed our program. It is not a license, professional certification, accreditation, or endorsement of your skill as a tattoo artist by any regulatory body, industry association, or governmental authority.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The course is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UNSTYLERS HUB LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the course or our other products or services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you actually paid to UNSTYLERS HUB LLC for the specific course, product, subscription, or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Where a claim does not relate to a specific purchase, our total liability shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UNSTYLERS HUB LLC and its members, officers, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the course content.
12. Governing Law, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver
(a) Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
(b) Binding Arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the course, or our services shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. The arbitration shall be conducted in Pinellas County, Florida, or remotely if both parties agree. Judgment on the arbitrator's award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
(c) Class Action Waiver. You and UNSTYLERS HUB LLC each agree that disputes shall be resolved only on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, consolidated arbitration, mass arbitration, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any class, collective, or representative proceeding.
(d) Jury Trial Waiver. To the extent permitted by law, each party waives the right to a trial by jury.
(e) Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdiction, and may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for claims involving intellectual property infringement, breach of confidentiality, or unauthorized use of course content. Disputes that cannot be arbitrated under applicable law shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. We may, at our discretion, additionally notify registered students by email of material changes, but we are not obligated to do so. Continued access to the course after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
