Overview
We want you to be confident before purchasing. Please review the full course program and the FAQ section on the main page before buying. If you have questions before purchasing, email us at unstylers.support@gmail.com — we will answer honestly.
Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that you have not opened Lesson 2 of the course. Opening Lesson 2 means you have moved past the introductory material and engaged with the substantive content — at that point, refunds are no longer available, regardless of how many days have passed.
After 14 days, refunds are not available. This policy exists because the course is a digital product — once accessed and used, the value has been delivered.
European Union, UK, and EEA Residents
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the European Economic Area, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days. By opening Lesson 2 within the 14-day period, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the course and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost from that point. If you have not opened Lesson 2, you may request a full refund within 14 days without giving any reason.
Technical Issues
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing the course and it is caused by our platform, contact us within 14 days of purchase at unstylers.support@gmail.com. We will investigate and, if the issue is on our end and cannot be resolved, issue a full refund.
How to Request a Refund
- Email unstylers.support@gmail.com within the eligible window.
- Include your name, the email address used for purchase, and order details.
- We respond to refund requests within 2 business days.
- Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method, in the original currency (USD), within 10 business days of approval.
Chargebacks
We prefer to resolve disputes directly. If you have a concern, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks on purchases outside the refund window may result in termination of course access.
